Delivery Cost
All gifts will be beautifully gift boxed before delivery (unless you choose the courier bag option). Our costs to do so are as follows:
- Nationwide overnight courier bag delivery $5.50
- Auckland delivery (over 24 hours notice) -$12.50
- Auckland delivery (under 24 hours notice) - $20
- North Island (next day delivery) - $25
- South Island (2-3 day delivery) - $30

Delivery Policy
We will try our utmost to have your products couriered within the desired timeframe.
Allow time for delivery – the courier services we use are of the highest quality and although problems arise, which are out of our control, we will always make every endeavor to meet your delivery deadlines and do everything we can to help solve any problems and to ensure your order is delivered smoothly
Please ensure delivery details provided are correct. We assume no liability for delivery to incorrect addresses; if incomplete or incorrect details are provided, any re-direction will incur additional costs.
Product Delivery
All of our gifts are designed, packaged and dispatched from our Auckland premises, so it is imperative that you plan your delivery early to make sure appropriate time arrival. Sending gifts out of Auckland, especially to rural areas, will take longer and this needs to be planned.
It is always our aim to ensure that your gifts arrive at their intended destination on time and in the perfect condition in which they left our showroom. If you should experience any problems please contact us immediately. If you have an urgent or rural delivery to arrange, please contact us.
- Auckland Metropolitan: Next day delivery
- Greater Auckland & North Island: Overnight delivery service
- South Island: 2-3 day service
- Rural Deliveries: additional 1-3 days depending on Rural Courier schedules
- Urgent deliveries: Please phone to arrange
Please note, we provide Monday to Friday deliveries only, except for on Valentines Day Saturday when we are delivering within Auckland Metro same day, if the same day option is chosen.
We can give you an indication of when your gift will be delivered, but unless your gift is despatched via Urgent Courier, we cannot guarantee exact time of arrival.
Greater Auckland & North Island Delivery:
Please note that Pukekohe, Bombay, Beachlands, parts of Titirangi, French Bay Laingholm, Little Huia, Scenic Drive Waitakere and Swanson, Kumeu, Riverhead, Helensville, Hobsonville, Greenhithe, Kaipara, Orewa, Silverdale and Kaukapakapa falls under this area. Same day delivery can be arranged at an additional cost. North Island delivery takes between 1 to 3 days so plan early. Rural delivery will take longer. Please note we cannot guarantee the exact time nor day of arrival.
South Island Delivery:
Allow 2 to 4 days for deliveries to the South Island. Overnight delivery to the South Island can be arranged but will cost a lot more. Please note delivery to the South Island can take up to 5 days during the busy seasons (Valentines, Mothers day, Christmas etc). Rural delivery will take longer. Please note we cannot guarantee the exact time or day of arrival.
Rural Delivery (RD):
Will take longer due to the infrequent schedules of Rural Couriers.
